Ar. Ajay Nahar, CMD - Nahar Projects
Architect Ajay Nahar, CMD, Nahar Projects is a graduate from the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai with a master’s degree in Construction Project Management from UCE, Birmingham (U.K.). Being one of the few architect & developer brings a unique outlook to Nahar Projects. His business acumen, vision and great insight in understanding the needs of the people, is what has led us to reach such heights.
Designing, planning and developing come naturally to him and with the passion & views about city infrastructure drives him to constantly keep himself updated on the latest trends and innovations in the construction industry world-over. He believes that people should get what is promised, and hence ensures that all projects are completed in an organised, efficient and timely manner.
A vocal citizen with strong views on the city infrastructure and ideologies in the construction industry he has written several articles in media and been panelists on charitable organization platforms relating to architecture and the building industry & he is also a visiting faculty in J.J. School of Architecture.
He has been awarded the Young Architect of the Year 2010 and Best Business Practice 2014 by Accommodation Times.
Ar. Puja Nahar, Director - Nahar Projects
Ar. Puja Nahar is an award winning, dynamic entrepreneur with a signature style in design. She has completed her Architecture from Rachana Sansad –Academy of Architecture College in the year 2000. She is known to be a perfectionist and has designed numerous residences, a range of offices; Show flats, Gymnasiums, Villas, Farm House and Showrooms.
Besides creating ergonomically designed and aesthetic spaces, her designs are techno savvy and functionally planned with a combination with glamour and style. Yet, she doesn’t shy away from instilling positivity and motivating her team with her simplicity and humility.
To collaborate with the teams and partners to deliver projects with quality, functionality and time utilizing the best of resources.
